About Our Church:

Sara Road Baptist Church began as an Independent Baptist Mission in the fall of 1984, by Edmond Road Baptist Church, Edmond, Oklahoma, on the East side of Main Street in Yukon, Oklahoma. Soon after in 1986 the Lord allowed SRBC to purchase 6.2 acres on N Sara Road and on August 26, 1988, SRBC incorporated, and was released from membership by Edmond Road Baptist Church. 

Over the years we have called on four men of God to pastor and lead the members of Sara Road Baptist Church:

Charles Whaley (1984-1990)

Edgar C. Carlisle (1990-2011)

Brian S. Taylor (2011-2020)

Harold Holt (2022-Present)

SRBC has continued to grow through the years and has expanded the church twice over the years and is currently looking to expand its borders once again.

To this day SRBC continues to serve the Lord and works to reach lost souls throughout the community. SRBC offers age-appropriate Sunday School Classes, & Jr. Church for children up to 12 yrs. old. We also offer transportation through our bus ministry. 

Sara Road Baptist Church offers enthusiastic, soul stirring, preaching from the King James Bible. You are sure to be Blessed here at Sara Road Baptist Church.
